About Shaun

Shaun is a very talented and committed person. He is loving and loyal, and is honest and open. When he was seventeen, Shaun joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Less than a year later he moved to Utah to attend BYU, and less than a year after that he decided to serve a two-year church mission. He served in the Texas Houston South Mission, speaking Spanish.
Shaun is working as a full-time administrator at a missionary training center. In addition to that he is going to school (and earning top grades), studying to get a music education degree. He keeps very busy, but in his free time enjoys being outdoors (he likes fishing, hunting, camping--that type of stuff), running, singing, composing fun music on Garage Band, playing musical instruments (like his accordion, the piano, saxophone, etc.), working on artsy projects and watching movies. Shaun especially loves Pixar movies, his favorites being Wall-E, The Incredibles, and Up. He also loves the Shrek movies and Meet the Robinsons, and the TV shows Psych and LOST. |

Lanette Describes Shaun:
Shaun is an incredible man. He is gentle, sweet, and sincere. He also has a wonderful sense of humor and loves to make people laugh. He has a pure love of God and loves to help other people. Shaun is a convert to the church, and was baptized his senior year of high school. He served a mission in Houston, Texas, speaking Spanish. Currently he is a student at BYU. He is nearly finished in getting a degree in music education at BYU. He loves music (he sings like an angel!), and will be an incredible high school teacher. He works at the Provo MTC where he is a supervisor. Shaun and his younger sister and parents are all close and welcomed me into their family with open arms. When my little brothers first met Shaun, he was immediately the coolest person ever in their eyes. He is always happy to play games with them, and is the coolest brother-in-law. They admire and love him very much. He’s a people-person, and people are drawn to him everywhere we go. He is so good with children. He is an adoring, kind, patient and perfect and loving daddy. Shaun enjoys outdoorsy stuff, like running, hiking, water sports and camping. .
